Calendar sync for iPhone and Android

Keep your calendars in sync. Keep your details private.

Twine syncs events between Google Calendar, Microsoft 365 and iCloud on rules you set. You choose what gets shared, and it runs in the background.

Control what gets shared

You decide how much the other calendar sees.

Every rule has three privacy levels, on every plan.

Title only
The title and time show up. Notes, location and attendees stay behind.
Renamed “Busy”
The other calendar just shows “Busy”. No details leak.
Full copy
Everything crosses over. Attendees appear as text and no invitations are sent.

How it works

Set it up once. It runs on its own.

Step 1 of 4
Connect your first calendar.
Sign in to Google, Microsoft or iCloud.
Step 2 of 4
Connect the second.
Usually a different account, like work and personal.
Step 3 of 4
Create an account (optional).
Only needed to keep your rules when you switch phones.
Step 4 of 4
Write your first rule.
Pick two calendars, choose which events to sync and how much to share. Save.
After that
Twine syncs in the cloud on your plan’s schedule.
No need to open the app. The activity log shows what was copied, updated or removed.

Every plan includes all three privacy levels, overlap handling, live preview, activity log and instant sync.

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store or Google Play. If you downgrade, your oldest rules keep running and the rest are paused.

Who it’s for

Your work calendar doesn’t need to know it’s the dentist.

For anyone juggling calendars across multiple accounts who wants them in sync without sharing everything.

Primary
Work + personal

Colleagues book over your dentist because the work calendar shows you as free. The family can’t see the offsite because it only exists at work.

What Twine doesn’t do

Three promises.

Never a calendar view

Twine has no calendar screen. It reads events only to apply your rules.

Never touches the original

Every sync creates a copy. Your original events are never changed or deleted.

Never guesses

When something is unclear, Twine pauses and asks you. No guesswork, no surprises.

Trust

No tricks. No traps.

Credentials stay secure
Google and Microsoft handle sign-in directly. Twine keeps credentials encrypted in the cloud. A lost phone doesn’t mean a lost calendar.
Least access
Twine only asks for calendar data. Never mail, contacts or files.
Your data stays yours
Copies live on your calendars. Rules and history live in your Twine account. No analytics or ad SDKs.
Runs in the cloud
Syncs happen at the pace of your plan, not on your phone. The app can stay closed.
Every exit is clean
Delete a rule: copies removed, originals untouched. Delete your account: data erased, originals stay.
No account needed
Twine works from first launch. An account just lets your rules follow you to a new phone.
